More ambitious projects took shape in 2018. We accelerated our environmental efforts through the High Environmental Value certification (HVE3 in French) granted in 2019 and implemented non-chemical weed control. We extended our concrete vat room to continue to improve our vinification tool on Mombrier. Gabin, a new limited-edition vintage of only 4000 bottles produced from a sole grape variety (100% Malbec) was launched in spring 2020
